Mayukha Bathini

I believe that cancers and other complex diseases are continually evolving ecosystems that need to be studied at a whole systems level. Thus, during my masters education, I explored single-cell transcriptomics and NGS-based genome organization methods.

Now, for my PhD in the Lindeboom lab, I chose to delve into cancer proteomes (the entire protein content of cells). With my project, I aim to gain quantitative insights into antigen presentation and T-cell responses in cancer, to further improve immunotherapies against cancers.
