I am currently working on a project which aims to characterize the immunopeptidome of T cell receptor – antigen interactions and the binding affinities of those interactions.

My previous education and experience lies in cancer biology and proteomics data analysis. In general, I’m passionate about the transition of biomedical science from the molecular to the translational level through bioinformatics.
