Alistair Boettiger's lab focuses on the role of three-dimensional genome organization in regulating gene expression and shaping cell fate specification during development. We pursue this with advanced single-molecule imaging, transgenic techniques in Drosophila and mammalian cell culture, and mathematical modeling.
