Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Foundation

At The Netherlands Cancer Institute we are committed to improve cancer treatment by daring groundbreaking research. In combination with the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital, a dedicated cancer hospital under one roof with our research intsitute, we can quickly translate our basic research findings to clinical applications to the bennefit of the patient.

Cancer research has made great progress in recent years. Existing treatments have been improved, new treatments have been developed and the understanding of why cancer cells continue to divide has increased tremendously. However, still a lot is unknown and in many cases we can't provide the necesary treatment of our patients. By increasing our understanding of cancer we can develop better diagnostics, both treatment and thereby improve the chance of our patients.

The Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Foundation is a full partner of the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF Kankerbestrijding)

By donating to the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Foundation (site in Dutch), a collaboration between the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Antoni van Leeuwenhoek) and the Dutch Cancer Society, you support the fight against cancer. The foundation raises money for high quality research at the Netherlands Cancer Institute that will benefit all cancer patients.

The Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Foundation is recognized by the IRS as an offical public benefit organization (ANBI) in the Netherlands, and is completely exempt from gift taxation and inheritance tax. Your donations are therefore fully deductible from your taxable income.
