In the De Wit group, I work as a computational biologist on the threedimensional organisation of the genome in relation to the expression of RNA. During my Master's in Molecular Mechanisms of Disease at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, I worked as an intern on Wnt signaling during keratinocyte development and single cell transcriptomics in cardiovascular organogenesis.
