+31 20 512 1840 p.iyengar@nki.nl Jacqueline JacobsI am a molecular biologist with experience in delineating molecular mechanisms of ubiquitin modifying enzymes that are dysregulated during cancer progression. I performed my doctoral thesis in Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan), thereafter joined the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, laboratory of Dr. Pieter Eichhorn, to study perturbations in bladder cancer progression. This was followed by a stint in Leiden University Medical Center in the laboratory of Prof. Peter ten Dijke. From March 2021, I joined the laboratory of Dr. Jacqueline Jacobs to uncover molecular mechanisms of ubiquitin modifying enzymes during DNA damage repair in cancer progression.
