Emma Kerklingh
master student
e.kerklingh@nki.nl Tineke LenstraI am in my second year of the Biomedical Technology and Physics Master at the VU. Since my bachelors project I stayed on working at the VU, and have since then developed a broad interest in the single molecule world. Since 2018 I have been working on the Chromavision project at the VU where I spent most of the time capturing chromosomes using optical tweezers. Since September 2019 I also started working on setting up our own cell lab at the VU which is now almost finished. During my 6 months internship at NKI I will do research into the mechanism of RSC regulation in yeast cells.
