Experience

I study Life Sciences at the Hogeschool Utrecht, where I chose the specialization Biomolecular Research. I joined the group of Stefan Rüdiger for my first internship in 2017 (Department of Cellular Protein Chemistry, Universiteit Utrecht). I focussed on the interaction between chaperone proteins and the pathological protein Tau, which plays a role in Alzheimer's disease. Now, I will join the NKI for a six-month graduation project at the group of Benjamin Rowland. I am happy to contribute in unravelling how cohesin fulfills its role in the cell cycle.
