Postdoctoral Fellow

Experience

I received my doctoral degree from Radboud University, Nijmegen. My doctoral research focused on characterization of genome-wide binding sites of oncofusion proteins associated with acute myeloid leukemia, through the application computational tools and statistical models. After completion of my term at Radboud University, I worked as a scientific researcher at the Department of Experimental Cardiology, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.

Presently, I am working in the labs of Wilbert Zwart and Lodewyk Wessels and applying computational frameworks to gain (epi-) genomic and transcriptomics insights in prostate and endometrium tumors.
