Sander de Ridder

After receiving my Master's degree in Computer Science I worked as a consultant for nearly two years. To get more involved in the field of biology, I went back to university, where I did a Master's in Bioinformatics.

Recently, I worked on the CTMM TRACER project for five years. I designed complex eCRFs, created studies in OpenClinica and did ETL work to convert and upload clinical data. Furthermore, I developed tools to aid this process and assisted the IDP group by creating analysis scripts. After TRACER, I worked at a commercial company, where I did cBioPortal development and data uploads.
