Personal details

My research interest is genomic regulation by high-order chromatin folding from my background in core Biochemistry (Imperial College London). My PhD at the University of Oxford involved using super-resolution microscopy to study the 3D epigenome. My super-resolution 3D SIM micrograph of in situ chromatin has been awarded the 2017 Wellcome Image Award ( Besides microscopy, I have a strong interest in data analysis, programming and the development of high-throughput analysis pipelines for data mining.
I hope to put all these interests to good use as I continue to explore chromatin organisation at the NKI.
