Heijmans, Jeroen

Jeroen Heijmans

In December 2010 I obtained my MSc degree in Biology at the university of Leiden, after which I worked as research technician for almost 4 years at a NKI spin-off biotech company.

In April 2015 I joined the NKI in the group of prof. Benards as a Technician. My current work involves discovering novel therapeutically exploitable synthetic lethal interactions in bladder cancer. And translate that knowledge into new and better treatment strategies for cancer.
