Arianna Fumagalli

Ph.D. Student

I completed my studies in Biology at University of Milan working in the Drosophila lab of Thomas Vaccari at IFOM-IEO Campus. Since April 2013, I am a PhD student in Jacco van Rheenen group, first at the Hubrecht Institute and now here at the NKI. My project is focused on utilizing intravital microscopy to visualize cellular dynamics of metastatic colorectal cancer. I am currently using this approach to understand the contribution of stem cells and epithelial plasticity to colorectal cancer metastasis formation.
