Dick, Amalie

Amalie Dick

Postdoctoral fellow

I studied Biochemistry and Life Sciences in Munich and Konstanz and later joined the group of Daniel Gerlich for my PhD at ETH Zürich and the IMBA in Vienna. Supported by a Boehringer Ingelheim fellowship I investigated the kinetics of spindle assembly checkpoint signaling using live-cell imaging. Afterwards, I continued to work in the Advanced Microscopy Facility at the Vienna Biocenter.

In September 2017 I joined Jacco van Rheenen's group as microscopy expert. I am responsible for managing the multiphoton microscopy systems and support the group with the development of new techniques for intravital imaging and image analyses.
