Experience

I am a computational and experimental biologist with a deep interest in epigenomics. I received a PhD from ETH Zurich (Paro lab) where I focused on the chromatin features of metazoan DNA replication origins. I then joined the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research (Green lab) as an EMBO long-term postdoctoral fellow to study cytokine signaling in normal and aberrant hematopoiesis. In the van Steensel lab, I will now continue to study signaling to chromatin by combining chromatin genomics and data science. My work is supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
