The European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) announced today the election of 50 leading scientists to its membership. These new EMBO Members join a community of over 1 ,300 members in Europe and more than 80 associate members worldwide.
Election as an EMBO Member is a tribute to the significant contribution to the advancement of science made by each of these researchers. EMBO elects new members annually
on the basis of scientific excellence.
